My interest in scooters stems from my getting into the Mod scene in 1979. I enthusiastically became a part of the Mod Revival while in my 4th year at secondary school and have had a passion for it ever since. The clothes, the music, the style and of course the scooters.
From that passion came the idea for Scooterarti, an idea that focused on taking and selling photos of scooters.
I am interested in all elements of the scooter scene, having built a following for @scooterarti on Twitter, I am now expanding my ‘base’ to cover Facebook @scooterartipage and developing this website.
My aim is to cover events and scooter gatherings, as well as offer more art-style photos and canvasses for sale.
My general interests are broad and my blogs may reflect that. I will do my best to keep them on topic, sometimes the mind does wander!
This venture is all about my interaction with you, the people who visit my sites. Feedback is something I am very interested in so do not hesitate to get in touch. Tell me what you like, what you don’t like, what photos appeal and what other things you would like to see. It would be great to have you on this journey with me.
